Laser treatment of excessive sweating in the armpit area is a safe, effective, and minimally invasive solution for hyperhidrosis. Laser surgery is one of the most non-invasive surgical techniques, avoiding scarring and immobilization of the patient.

For the treatment of hyperhidrosis, an Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm is used, which permanently removes the sweat glands under the armpits by photoselective heating of the gland tissue without damaging the surrounding tissues.
