Augmentation and shaping of the buttocks
In recent years, more and more people have become interested in non-surgical buttock lifts. Both women and men are looking for beautiful, natural results with long-lasting effects that are also safe.
One of the most advanced procedures offered by our clinic is the one with polylactic acid. This is a revolutionary new injection product for collagen stimulation, which is used for skin tightening and body contouring, demonstrating particularly good results in the treatment of the gluteal area.
The result of these revolutionary and safe injection procedures can be compared to surgical shaping of the buttocks, but without a recovery period and with an effect that lasts more than 2-3 years.
Immediately after the procedure, there is a visible result, but since the biostimulation processes occur gradually, a stable and long-lasting result occurs after the second month, when structuring and natural stimulation of collagen production are observed. The volume and improvement of the effect are even more intense in the following 8 months. This leads to a lasting and natural result, and biostimulation continues for over 2 years.

Polylactic acid
Polylactic acid is an injectable agent that stimulates the production of natural collagen in the body, smoothing and shaping the face and body. This type of therapy contributes to gradual skin improvement within two to three months and provides natural-looking results that can last up to two years. Polylactic acid particles work deep down, stimulating the body's collagen response rather than simply filling the skin. This makes it possible to permanently add volume, contour, and correct hollows with minimal recovery time and discomfort for the patient.

Photon laser – body therapy
Optimal results in body shaping with minimal recovery time
Laser lipolysis is a minimally invasive form of cosmetic surgery designed to remove excess fat deposits from the body. A laser is used to quickly melt away excess fat in the thighs, abdomen, arms, neck, and various areas of the face through a simple laparoscopic procedure.
The gold standard in aesthetic technology
Fotona's quasi-continuous wave Nd:YAG laser is considered the gold standard in aesthetic surgery, and its application in laser lipolysis has repeatedly proven its reliability and effectiveness. The advantages of this system over other lasers include: Relatively low absorption in water Largest volume of directly heated subcutaneous tissue
Minimal adverse effects on surrounding dermal tissue and significantly higher ability to coagulate blood vessels.
Safe, effective, and minimally invasive
Laser lipolysis with the Fotona laser does not require general anesthesia. A very thin laser probe is inserted into the treated area and the laser beam causes the fat cells to swell and rupture. Once the fat has been melted, it is either absorbed by the body or removed by a specialist.
In addition, the laser has a lifting effect on the treated area to prevent skin sagging after the removal of unwanted fat deposits. In practice, this laser can be used to tighten, heal, and improve the appearance of skin anywhere on the body.
Attiva
Modern women and men are looking for effective and safe procedures to improve their appearance. When choosing the best solution, they realize that not all radiofrequency (RF) technologies are the same and understand the importance of safety in temperature-controlled procedures to protect the skin. Thanks to the high precision of the ATTIVA® procedure, doctors achieve excellent results in skin tightening and body contouring, without scars and with minimal recovery time.

Procedures for excessive sweating
Minimally invasive solution for excessive sweating
Laser treatment of excessive sweating in the armpit area is a safe, effective, and minimally invasive solution for hyperhidrosis. Laser surgery is one of the most non-invasive surgical techniques, avoiding scarring and immobilization of the patient.
Affect sweat glands without indirect damage
For the treatment of hyperhidrosis, an Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm is used, which permanently removes the sweat glands under the armpits by photoselective heating of the gland tissue without damaging the surrounding tissues. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and takes less than an hour. The main steps of the treatment are as follows:
- Step 1 – Localization: Before the operation, the armpits are covered with iodine and starch in order to accurately locate the sweat glands.
- Step 2 – Irradiation: A 3 mm incision is made, through which a cannula with an optical cable is inserted. An Nd:YAG quasi-continuous beam with a wavelength of 1064 nm is passed through it, destroying the sweat glands.
- Step 3 – Removal: The destroyed glands are removed using a scraping cannula.
The power used during the treatment of hyperhidrosis is up to 20 W. In order to achieve maximum localization of the treatment, XP-2 Focus has a special quasi-continuous mode in which local beams reach power levels in the kW range. This increases the selective effect of the laser in tissue treatment and ensures higher speed, efficiency, and safety during all surgical procedures.
The right treatment – simple, safe, and effective
More and more doctors consider the use of Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of hyperhidrosis to be the correct treatment, mainly because of the simplicity and speed of the procedure (as well as the minimal risk of complications). The entire operation takes about an hour, and the patient can return to their normal activities within a few hours after the procedure, with full recovery taking 4 to 7 days.
